Yoga courses reimbursed by health insurance - Prenatal, postnatal
BERLINHATHA YOGAPOSTNATAL YOGAPRAVENTIONSKURSPRENATAL YOGAYOGA
Most health insurances in Germany reimburse courses that are certified as “Präventionskurs”, without any doctor referral. Here is how the procedure works:
registration and payment are directly with the teacher or studio;
at the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of attendance, that you need to forward to your health insurance company;
your insurance will then transfer the reimbursement to you.
The amount reimbursed is specific to your insurance policy, and is usually between 70-100%, or a maximum amount per course. You can contact your health insurance company before booking the courses, and check with them about reimbursement, specifying the Kurs-ID for the relevant course.
You can find dates and description of all my classes under my schedule.
Postnatal yoga (Kurs-ID: KU-ST-9GQE4G)
Prenatal yoga (Kurs-ID: KU-ST-J8MA5U)
Each course will last for 8 weeks, and costs € 129 per participant. Classes are in English, in person in Schöneberg, Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin. I share a recorded video of the practice with all participants every week.
To this I will add two other courses, not reimbursed but made affordable at the Volkshochschule (VHS):
These course last for 10/12 weeks, and cost about € 60/30 per participant. Classes will be in person for yoga (in Kreuzberg, Berlin) and online for meditation.
